General Information

I am a strategic partnerships, commercial growth and business development professional with experience across banking, technology, mobility and FMCG, complemented by my journey as an entrepreneur and business owner.

I currently work as a Partner Manager in the banking and financial services sector, where I focus on building and managing strategic relationships, developing partnerships, identifying commercial opportunities and creating value for both customers and business stakeholders. My experience has given me exposure to different industries and business environments, strengthening my understanding of commercial strategy, customer needs, relationship management and partnership ecosystems.

My areas of expertise include strategic partnerships, business development, commercial strategy, key account management, stakeholder engagement, customer relationship management, negotiation, strategic planning and revenue growth. I enjoy identifying opportunities, connecting businesses with the right partners and developing solutions that create sustainable value.

I am also the founder of Bathlalerwa Enterprise, a South African transport and logistics business specialising in goods transportation and moving services. Through Bathlalerwa Enterprise, I am building a business focused on reliable service delivery, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction and sustainable growth. My entrepreneurial journey has strengthened my practical understanding of running a business, identifying market opportunities and developing solutions around real customer needs.

Academically, I hold a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) and am currently completing a Postgraduate Diploma in Management at North-West University. My management studies have strengthened my knowledge across strategic management, operations, finance, human resources and business leadership. I have also completed a Software Engineering certificate through Xaltius and continue to develop my capabilities in Data Science and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).

I am passionate about entrepreneurship, strategic partnerships, commercial growth, digital transformation and building scalable businesses. I am particularly interested in creating connections between organisations, identifying mutually beneficial opportunities and using business, technology and innovation to create sustainable value.

My goal is to continue building meaningful partnerships, growing Bathlalerwa Enterprise and contributing to the development of a stronger and more dynamic South African SME ecosystem.
