Joseph began empowering youth through journalism training in 2000, later collaborating with the Institute for the Advancement of Journalism (IAJ) and the Friedrich Naumann Foundation to train civic leaders and politicians. Building Experience His career expanded through Caxton Printers, Independent Newspapers, and Konani Training Institute — earning the Best Trainer Award in 2007. Expanding Horizons Joseph facilitated workshops in Nigeria and Swaziland, and delivered corporate training at Pilanesberg Platinum Mine, Marula Platinum Mine, Nkomati Mine, and Blyvoor Gold Mine.
