BIOGRAPHY OF LUTSHA LANDINGWE
Lutsha Landingwe is an ambitious and determined entrepreneur with a background in Business Management and retail. He holds an N6 qualification in Business Management, which provided him with theoretical knowledge of business management, administration, business operations and financial principles.

His practical experience was gained through his employment at Clicks, where he worked as a Shop Assistant Cashier and Wellness Assistant. This experience exposed him to the day-to-day retail environment and helped him develop practical skills in customer service, point-of-sale operations, stock handling, communication and working effectively with customers and colleagues.

Motivated by his ambition to become a successful entrepreneur and create sustainable employment opportunities, Lutsha founded KwaTyhopho Meat Market, a community-focused butchery planned to serve Matatiele and surrounding communities. His vision is to establish a reliable business that provides customers with fresh, quality and affordable meat while offering friendly and efficient service.

Lutsha recognises that running a successful meat market requires both strong business management and professional meat-processing skills. Although he is not a trained butcher, he plans to employ experienced butchers to handle meat processing. His role will focus on applying his business knowledge and retail experience to areas such as business administration, financial control, stock management, staff supervision, customer relations and overall business operations.

Through KwaTyhopho Meat Market, Lutsha aims to build a profitable and sustainable business while contributing positively to the local economy. The business intends to create four permanent employment opportunities, support local farmers and suppliers, and provide opportunities for young people to gain valuable workplace skills.

His long-term vision is to grow KwaTyhopho Meat Market into a trusted local brand known for affordability, freshness, quality and excellent customer service. He is committed to building on his theoretical business knowledge, practical retail experience and entrepreneurial determination to establish a sustainable business that creates employment and contributes to the economic development of the Matatiele community.
