I am an operations and systems professional and the founder of Rheon, a South African B2B operational transformation and systems company focused on helping SMEs work better.

My experience comes from working hands-on in business and manufacturing operations, where I have focused on improving processes, strengthening operational visibility and finding practical ways to make people, workflows and technology work better together.

Over time, I have designed and implemented operational systems across production, quality control, maintenance, distribution, asset control, workflow automation and management reporting. That experience has taught me that the best solution is not always more technology. Often, the real work is understanding what is happening in the operation first and then deciding what genuinely needs to change.

I am also the architect of the B.I.R.D Framework, which I developed as a structured way of examining operations through Baseline & Behaviour, Inputs & Intentions, Risks & Results, and Drivers & Dependencies.

I founded Rheon to take this practical, operations-first approach beyond the environment in which I developed it and help other SMEs solve real operational problems.

My approach is simple: understand the reality, identify the real problem, simplify where possible, and use technology where it genuinely adds value.
