If you want to know about the future of education in Africa, then you should be keeping an eye on what’s coming out of this year’s #edutech conference, EduTech Africa 2017 held 3 and 4 October.
We have seen the excitement that it’s generating about the possibilities that technology holds for learning on the continent (the conference even trended on Twitter on its first day).
Now on its second and last day, the conference is all about showcasing the latest innovative and potentially disruptive technologies that are helping to bridge the learning gap.
Attendees including educators and education specialists were exposed to everything from mobile apps and robotics to big data tech that are being used for improving and analysing testing results, career developments of students as well as teaching innovation.
Disruption, opportunities and challenges – this is how #EduTechAfrica sees the future of education on the continent.
