Hashtags – love them or hate them – but they offer a chance to carry and follow conversations online.

A great example of this is #influentialFridays, which has been trending for the past few weeks.

The hashtag follows what’s being discussed on Kaya FM’s three-hour morning show every Friday. The topics on the show include anything from the business of food in Africa, parenting to entrepreneurship, the latter has been the main topic of discussion for the past two weeks.
