Impact Hub, the Johannesburg based innovation lab and business incubator has launched its Social Impact Accelerator (SIA) programme focusing specifically on start-up social enterprises.
Impact Hub, in a statement, describes the SIA programme as the culmination of its expertise and experience with incubating early stage social ventures.
The newly launched programme consists of various of workshops aimed at helping entrepreneurs to navigate all challenges from concept to scale.
“The content of the workshops will help the entrepreneur to define and measure the impact of their business, test the viability of their idea, build a working business model, and prepare for investment”
“Participants will also gain exposure for their business and the potential opportunity to pitch to a panel of investors at the end of the programme” said Impact Hub.
Impact Hub is part of a global network of 47 hubs around the world with over 8 000 members collectively.
Start-ups from all over South Africa are invited to apply.
