All Yoco customers have access to the payment gateway which can be activated from within the Yoco Business Portal. New customers can opt for online payments only when they sign up and can start transacting as soon as they’ve completed the integration process.

Shopping cart integration – The payment gateway integrates with Shopify, WordPress/Woocommerce, Wix, Shopstar, Zoho. They have a SDK for custom-made websites.

Payment methods – Their payment gateway accepts all Visa and Mastercard cards, both local and international. You can also get paid online without a website with the Yoco payment link which can be shared with customers on WhatsApp, social media, email or SMS.

Dashboard – Yoco is well regarded for their App dashboard which allows business owners to run their business from their phones. The gateway is fully integrated with all of Yoco’s payment solutions and you can keep track of all sales captured in one place – from cash to card, EFT to mobile payments.

Subscriptions – This functionality is only available on WordPress/Woocommerce websites only at the moment.

Pricing

Yoco only charges a transaction fee. Their credit card transaction fees are 2.95% ex VAT. EFT transaction fees are 1.2% ex VAT.

There are no setup fees, no monthly fees and no payout fees charged.
