Introduction

iKhokha’s point of sale (POS) and stock management system assists in managing a business’s stock, staff and suppliers.

Their card machines and hardware are sold separately. The card machines allow you to tap, swipe and insert credit or debit cards; and also send digital receipts. The iKhokha Shaker Solo has a built-in receipt printer.

With iKhokha card machines, you also get access to a suite of online tools which allow for insights and comprehensive management of the business.

They offer three POS software packages (known as posters) – Retail POS System, Hospitality POS System and the Enterprise POS System.

In addition to POS solutions, their card machines allow for Vend prepaid services, which is perfect for shop owners or solopreneurs who want to not only sell their products but also allow their customers to buy airtime, electricity and other bills like their DSTV accounts.

iKhokha also has a unique offering, the iK Cash Advance, which allows business owners to apply for a cash advance after three months of trading with iKhokha. The custom offering is based on your transaction history.

Pricing

The Poster works on a monthly subscription model. The first 14 days of the subscription are free. Depending on the option you choose, you can pay R660 per month for the Retail POS System, R810 per month for the Hospitality POS System, and R960 per month for the Enterprise POS System.

The Retail POS System comes with the following features: product management, categorisation and inventory control, staff management with access-controlled logins, analytics and reporting with exporting functions, customer loyalty programs and promotions, staff, customer and supplier record management, and one Poster software license.

Both the Hospitality and the Enterprise POS System also come with customised table layouts, which allow for the creation of kitchen, bar or custom stations to receive orders, split customer bills, and track and manage the usage of your ingredients. With the Enterprise POS System, you’ll receive an additional Poster software license.
