Asana

Introduction

Modern technologies make it easier for businesses to save time by reducing manual work. Cloud computing and artificial intelligence (AI) are built into platforms that automate routine, everyday processes. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that do not use automation risk slower workflows and less efficient use of their teams’ time.

What is Automation?

Automation is the use of technology to perform tasks or processes with minimal human intervention. By relying on programmed rules, machines, or software, automation reduces manual effort, speeds up workflows, minimises human error, and frees people to focus on higher-level, creative work.

Automation platforms aimed at SMEs are critical to improving business performance. Before you integrate an automation tool into your business, you need to ensure you choose the right one.

A platform that can provide SMEs with robust automation is Asana.

What is Asana?
