Introduction

Intuit Quickbooks’ accounting software allows business owners to manage their financial books from their computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone, helping to keep their books accurate and up to date.

  • Simple Start – allows for one user, plus your accountant.
  • Essentials plan – insights and reports; managing employees; and the multi-currency feature. This plan allows for three users, plus your accountant.
  • Plus plan –  insights and reports; manage employees; multi-currency; recurring transactions; track inventory; track projects and locations; and manage budgets. This plan allows access to five users.
Pricing

They offer three plans.

  • The Simple Start plan for startups – is R238,05 per month, alternatively, the annual price is R2004,79 per year.
  • The Essentials plan for established businesses – is R R364,55 per month, alternatively, the annual price is R3070,43 per year.
  • The Plus plan for bigger businesses – is R491,05 per month, alternatively, the annual price is R4136,70 per year.
