Introduction

Online appointment and scheduling software is critical for small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) who are looking to digitally transform their operations. These platforms are equipped with modern technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) and cybersecurity, making them quick, secure and scalable. One such platform for SMEs is Zoho Bookings (Zoho).

What is Zoho Bookings?

Zoho  ‌is an appointment scheduling software platform that empowers businesses to effortlessly schedule meetings and appointments. The platform is equipped with AI, and offers appointment setup which can be customised for your business needs.

What does Zoho Bookings Offer?

Zoho Bookings has a range of features suitable for SMEs. These range from an interactive dashboard, create shareable booking links, and a personal booking page, making it easier for customers to book appointments.

Main Features

Host different meetings: Host all your day-to-day meetings—such as sales calls, consultations, interviews, customer support calls, healthcare appointments, online classes, and more.

App Integration: Integrate Zoho Bookings with your favourite apps to automate the entire scheduling process, from syncing calendars and connecting video conferencing apps to collecting payments.

Custom Booking Page: Create a tailored booking page that fits your website branding and add it to your website instead of a contact form to receive appointments directly from your visitors.

AI-Powered Setup: During signup, our AI auto-generates event types, staff, and department labels that align with your needs.

Custom Workflows: Zoho Bookings allows custom functions so you can customise notifications, implement scheduling triggers and workflows, add or update data in external software like your CRM tool, and set up a host of other functionalities.
