Skilled with the Judiciary, Court Online, verification and auditing of Court Processes, online services with the Judiciary and both Courts, Consumer Relations and ensuring that no third Party uses any Consumer’s details and/or abuse the Judiciary to obtain property from any Consumer by using the Judiciary to do so.

I strive to serve South Africans, with my knowledge. My Credit Profile is a clear indication of how attorneys which I will flag with the LPC uses and/or misuses the Judiciary whilst for Example I have entered a High Court Proceeding against their client. This showcases how thy will ‘mislead’ the Judiciary to sabotage and or unlawfully access the system. This I will present further in my research. The Legal Practice Counsel Procedures and non-adherence to the Prevention of Organized Crimes Act. POPIA and FICA. Creating unfair advantages to Corproates. Monitoring the Credit Agreements and/or Credit Life or life of Credit Insurance Documents and lack of Implementation thereof. I also look at each agreement and ensure same is for the correct court and that the costs are not added to the Consumer.

Processes of the Master and fairness together with reporting of any irregularity to the State, is an important factor. Attempting to provide inputs to ensure these acts align with our Constitution. Ensuring businesses of the deceased does not proceed wherein we have seen in the past that CIPC and Home Affairs were not linked for many years. SARS plays a big part to update.
