Lindiwe Shibambo is a former domestic worker who founded the biggest agency MAID4U , The organisation has trained over 10 000 and has assisted and placed  over 12000 Woman attain jobs and sustain their families, She has reached out to over 20 Communities in the past year, She has been invited to speak, motivate and inspire Youth , Woman and Children in more than 50 Communities and events including the Proudly SA Summit , Poverty Eradication Drive , Youth Empowerment Drive ,Mafrika Tikkum Community Drive , Diepsloot Job Creation Campaign and many more others

She has won the Social Entrepreneur Award in 2015 and was named the National Small Business Champion, She has won the below awards and was featured on more than 10 National Radio Stations
