Madoda is a Chartered Accountant (SA) and a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA). He began his professional career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he developed extensive private sector experience, with a strong focus on the banking industry. He later joined Nkonki Incorporated, gaining valuable exposure to the public sector.Madoda is a natural business leader and visionary with a well-rounded understanding of business operations. He has proven capability in preparing annual financial statements in accordance with Generally Recognised Accounting Practice (GRAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). In addition, he is experienced in conducting audit engagements in line with International Standards on Auditing (ISA).He is an experienced Chartered Accountant with a proven track record in financial reporting, audit and assurance, and strategic financial management across complex and regulated environments. I have extensive hands-on experience in the preparation and review of Annual Financial Statements, application and implementation of IFRS standards, and providing high-quality financial insight to senior management and executive leadership.He has supported the Office of the CFO in key finance functions, including financial statement compilation, asset management, and supply chain management, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, governance frameworks, and regulatory requirements. His experience includes contributing to major finance initiatives such as IFRS implementations, process improvements, and strengthening internal controls.His is recognised for his strong analytical judgement, attention to detail, and ability to translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insights for both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
