Sibahle Jim is a passionate and purpose-driven entrepreneur from the Eastern Cape, South Africa, and the founder and director of Peaceful Rest Funeral Home. Guided by the belief that every family deserves to say goodbye with dignity, she established Peaceful Rest in 2025 to bring compassionate, professional, and affordable funeral services to her community.

Sibahle holds a Matric certificate and has further invested in her growth through short courses and certificates that have strengthened her business acumen. She is currently advancing her studies through the Advanced Certificate in Management Studies at MANCOSA, deepening her knowledge in business management and leadership.

Before launching Peaceful Rest Funeral Home, Sibahle built a solid foundation through hands-on entrepreneurial and business experience, developing the practical skills and resilience needed to run a successful enterprise. As a black woman business owner in the Eastern Cape, she is committed not only to building a thriving business, but to creating jobs and uplifting the communities she serves.
