If you are creating a new website, you will typically need both a domain name and a hosting account. A domain name is your website address, while HostworX provides the space and services required to make your website available on the internet.

Yes, you simply go to the ‘client area’ tab on the platform. From there you click on ‘domains’ and ‘transfer domain’. Afterwards, you simply enter the domain you want to transfer and HostworX will check its availability. Once everything is confirmed, it will be added to your cart, and you will be required to pay for transfer. South African domains are transferred for free.

Yes, you can request cancellation of a hosting service from inside the HostworX client area. Before cancelling, please make sure you have downloaded any website files, databases, emails, or backups you may need. Once a service is cancelled and terminated, the data linked to that hosting account may no longer be available.

You can pay for your HostworX subscription in various ways, including credit card, EFT or through platforms such as PayPal.
