Introduction

Vox Broadband Fibre (Vox) is an integrated ICT infrastructure provider and telecommunications company. They offer cloud, business collaboration conferencing tools and other solutions. 

Vox offers fibre to business packages that provide a faster and more reliable connection for small businesses. The company’s fibre line is fully managed by the Vox team and currently has two broadband options that customers can choose from.

– Vox Business Fibre – Comes in preferred and multi-tenant offerings

– Vox Premium Business Fibre – Comes in preferred and single tenant offerings. 

– Vox Dedicated Fibre – Comes in multi-tenant, preferred and single tenant offerings

All Vox packages have optional add-ons, and a set-up fee applies depending on whether you choose a month-to-month, 12-month or 24-month contract.

Main Features

Uncapped, unshaped and symmetrical data – Businesses will receive unlimited data that has the same upload and download speeds, with no limitations on Internet usage.

Free installation – Installation is free on all packages.

Support– All packages come with 24/7/365 support.

It’s recommended to be present during the initial setup to discuss your preferred placement for the router and answer any questions the technicians may have.

Vox technicians will work to minimize disruption to your existing service. In most cases, there will be a brief period where your internet connection is down while the switch is made to Vox Business Fibre.

Early termination fees may apply if you cancel your contract before the end of the term.
