I’m  Karabo Mathekga, and I am the Founder and Director of Morale Travel & Tours, a Cape Town-based Destination Management Company specialising in tailor-made travel experiences across Southern and East Africa.

I have over eight years of experience in the tourism industry, where I’ve had the opportunity to work with international travel agents, tour operators, and travellers from around the world. Throughout my career, I have developed extensive experience in itinerary planning, reservations, supplier relationship management, safari and luxury travel, group travel, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Starting Morale Travel & Tours was a natural step for me. I have always been passionate about showcasing the beauty and diversity of Africa while creating meaningful travel experiences that are seamless, personalised, and memorable. I wanted to build a company that not only provides outstanding service but also becomes a trusted partner for travel professionals seeking reliable destination management services in Southern and East Africa.

As an entrepreneur, I am committed to growing a sustainable business that contributes to South Africa’s tourism industry, creates employment opportunities, and supports local communities by working with trusted accommodation providers, transport companies, guides, and tourism partners.
