I’m Afzul Soobedaar, Founder and Director of Perispec Consulting, a Johannesburg-based boutique consultancy that helps SMEs get clear on strategy, solve the right problems, and get their people aligned around what matters.
Perispec works with business owners who are done with plans that don’t move and meetings that don’t decide. My approach is practical and facilitated: strategy sessions, decision sprints, and alignment workshops designed to produce outcomes, not just conversation.
Before founding Perispec, I spent more than two decades in senior leadership roles across the private and public sectors. That experience gives me direct insight into the pressures that owners and executives face when direction is unclear and execution stalls.
