Earl O’Grady is an experienced procurement and supply-chain professional with more than 17 years of experience in technical procurement, strategic sourcing, supplier development and supply-chain management, primarily within the Oil & Gas and engineering sectors.

Over the course of his career, Earl has developed extensive experience in the sourcing of specialised steel products, engineering components, machining services and manufactured parts, while building strong relationships with local and international suppliers. His experience includes procurement, supplier negotiations, localisation, CKD assembly, warehouse management and the implementation of effective sourcing strategies.

Earl is the founder of Kariega Steel Sourcing (Pty) Ltd, a 100% Black-owned, BBBEE Level 1 enterprise established to provide professional sourcing and engineering procurement solutions to industry. Through his technical procurement expertise and established supplier network, Kariega Steel Sourcing assists customers in sourcing specialised materials and engineering services without the need to maintain extensive stock or infrastructure.

His focus is on delivering reliable sourcing, competitive pricing, technical understanding and quality-driven supply solutions to customers across the mining, manufacturing, automotive, engineering and infrastructure sectors.
