| Biography | Faldilah Garrett is a QCTO-registered Qualification Development Facilitator and occupational education and training specialist with over 25 years of experience in qualification, curriculum and learning programme development. She has worked extensively with the QCTO and several Sector Education and Training Authorities, including the MQA, merSETA, CHIETA, FoodBev SETA, MICT SETA, SASSETA and LGSETA. Her expertise covers the complete development and implementation cycle, including occupational qualifications, skills programmes, curricula, learning materials, assessment tools, Quality Assessment Specification addenda, alignment matrices and Recognition of Prior Learning toolkits. She also has extensive experience in stakeholder consultation, project management, SETA liaison, qualification realignment, accreditation processes, Quality Management Systems, external assessment, moderation and External Integrated Summative Assessment implementation. Faldilah is a qualified goldsmith, registered assessor and moderator, experienced facilitator and jewellery-sector subject-matter expert.
