I am an experienced HR Consultant with over 25 years’ experience in HR and Payroll, supported by 10 years’ experience in Finance. Through People Solutions, and more recently the SynergyHR suite of Fractional HR Services & Solutions, I help SMEs access experienced HR expertise without necessarily having the cost of a full-time HR Manager.

My work covers the full HR spectrum, including HR audits and compliance, employment contracts, policies and procedures, Employment Equity and Skills Development, employee relations, performance management, manager coaching and HR projects.

I particularly enjoy working with business owners and managers who want practical, commercially sensible HR support that helps them manage their people confidently while reducing employment-related risk.

My approach is hands-on, solutions-focused and people-centred, with a strong emphasis on honesty, integrity and building trusted relationships.

I am keen to connect with fellow SME owners and professionals, share knowledge, build meaningful business relationships and explore opportunities where I can add value.
