Hester Ferrezuelo is a business administrator and consultant with more than 40 years of experience in human resources, project administration, quality management, compliance and organisational development.

Since becoming an independent consultant in 2022, she has focused on helping South African small businesses and non-profit organisations strengthen their operations, improve compliance and build the credibility needed to pursue funding, tenders and sustainable growth.

Her services include business plans, funding proposals, governance documents, operational systems, tender support, ISO 9001-aligned management systems and internal audits, NPO capacity building and practical AI adoption. She serves as the Internal Readiness Lead at Pufferfish (Pty) Ltd, where she contributes intellectual property, tools and practical frameworks that help businesses strengthen their internal operations. She is also the creator of the Operational Maturity Diagnostic, a structured assessment that identifies operational gaps, risks and priorities for improvement.

Hester holds Skills Development Facilitator qualifications at NQF Levels 5 and 6. Her approach is practical and implementation-focused: helping business owners move from good intentions to well-managed, credible organisations that can operate sustainably and grow with confidence.
