Dave Humphrey:  August 2026_

30+ years of investment/financial services experience (I’m known by some as Umalusi we-mali). Chris Hart and I are the founding shareholders of the Impact Investment Group of Companies (in 2018). I have a passion to see young (and not so young), private business owners and employees flourish, despite the trying times we are in. I spend my days attempting to partner with the Lord Jesus Christ to expand His Kingdom through and in the market-place, 24/7/365.

I am registered with the SA Institute of Financial Markets: (SAIFM) and currently fulfil the role of Managing Director of Impact Empowerment Ventures. Previously I played a role within investment companies, Sanlam Private Wealth and Merrill Lynch South Africa, as their gold-fund manager, advising prominent South Africans on their listed equities portfolios.

I believe I combine investment experience with a passion to see the people we serve through our business relationships flourish. I enjoy all aspects of private-equity and venture-capital investing.
