I am a business transformation and operating model advisor with experience across digital transformation, customer experience, business process improvement, organisational capability, governance and analytics.
My current work combines independent research and advisory practice, exploring how organisations can become more adaptive, intelligent and operationally effective as digital technologies and AI become increasingly embedded in how businesses operate.
I work with founders and leadership teams on practical questions including operating model design, process improvement, digital capability building and responsible AI adoption — particularly the challenge of translating technology into sustainable organisational capability and measurable business value.
 
I am especially interested in exchanging ideas with entrepreneurs about the realities of building and scaling businesses: where strategy meets execution, where founder dependency becomes an operating-model challenge, and where technology can genuinely improve the way an organisation works.
