Margaret Buso is the founder and director of Nonos Net Café, a community-focused digital hub based in Khayelitsha, Cape Town. She holds a National Diploma in Computer Systems Management, obtained in 1998, and has extensive experience in administration, customer service, information management, and community support. Inspired by her own challenges accessing affordable internet, printing, and online services after being retrenched in 2023, Margaret established Nonos Net Café to help bridge the digital divide in underserved communities. Her vision is to empower job seekers, students, entrepreneurs, and small businesses through affordable digital services, skills development, technology access, and business support. Through innovation, community engagement, and digital empowerment, she is committed to creating opportunities and driving sustainable local economic growth.
