Mpho Maseko is the founder and CEO of Ripinde Services a company that was founded in 2015 after resigning from full time employment. Mpho has over 22 years of experience in people orientated functions in different industries. Her highest educational qualification is a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management Practice.  
During this time of self employment Mpho had to quickly learnt that self belief is the key to growth not compromising goal setting and time management strategies that help her accomplish the things that matter. Most of the time that means redirecting her energies into things that will add value in her life and grow Ripinde.
Ripinde provides the following services to small, medium and large companies: Payroll, HR Consulting, Skills Development Facilitation, Employment Equity, Workforce Performance Management, and Recruitment. Our focus is to unlock potential, drive growth and maximise success.
