Ofentse Rapakgadi (MBA)

Ofentse Rapakgadi is a marketing executive, entrepreneur, MBA graduate and co-founder of Positioning Partners, a marketing and public relations agency that helps businesses and leaders build visibility, credibility and stronger market positions.
With over 12 years of experience in marketing, branding, communications and business leadership, Ofentse has built her career helping organisations communicate their value, connect with their audiences and achieve their strategic objectives. Her experience spans higher education, professional services and entrepreneurship, including senior marketing leadership roles at Co.Space, the University of Johannesburg\'s Johannesburg Business School (where she led the marketing function) and The DaVinci Institute (where she led the marketing function as the Executive Head of Marketing).
She holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing Management, an Honours degree in Marketing Management and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). Her professional interests include strategic marketing, brand positioning, public relations, entrepreneurship, leadership, business development and the relationship between reputation, trust and organisational growth.
As Co-Founder of Positioning Partners, Ofentse is particularly interested in working with capable businesses and professionals whose expertise, offerings and contributions deserve greater recognition. Through integrated marketing, public relations and personal branding, the agency helps organisations and leaders become better understood, trusted and chosen by the audiences that matter to them.
Beyond her professional and entrepreneurial pursuits, Ofentse is passionate about mentorship, youth development and expanding access to opportunity. She has spent several years mentoring emerging entrepreneurs through the Allan Gray Orbis Foundation and believes deeply in the potential of young South Africans to build businesses that contribute meaningfully to the economy and society.
Having experienced both corporate leadership and the realities of building a business, she understands the opportunities, pressures and difficult decisions that come with entrepreneurship. She enjoys exchanging ideas with other business owners, learning from their experiences and contributing her knowledge wherever it can make a difference.
