Sibusiso Magagula is an IT professional, entrepreneur and technology-driven business owner with a strong background in technical support, systems administration and team leadership. Throughout his career, he has developed extensive experience in supporting users, managing technology environments, solving complex technical challenges and leading teams to deliver effective solutions.

Driven by a passion for technology and entrepreneurship, Sibusiso is the founder of Sibusisosenhlanhla VR World (Pty) Ltd, a township-focused digital entertainment and skills development venture aimed at making immersive technology, digital experiences and learning opportunities more accessible to communities.

His entrepreneurial vision extends beyond entertainment. He is passionate about youth development, creating safe and productive spaces for young people, developing digital skills and building businesses that can create employment and contribute positively to local communities.

Sibusiso describes himself as a persistent and solutions-oriented individual who believes that challenges are opportunities to find a better way forward. His personal philosophy is simple: never give up, keep learning, and keep building.
