Tsholo brings 10 years of professional experience as a qualified Chartered Accountant, with deep expertise in financial reporting, compliance, and assurance including clients across mining, property, non-profit, SOE, manufacturing and financial services sectors.
Her technical knowledge spans full IFRS, IFRS for SMEs, US GAAP and UK GAAP, with significant experience on JSE-listed entities. She has deep capability across ISRE 2400 independent reviews, ISRS 4410 compilations, and complex technical accounting matters.
Tsholo leads the firm’s financial statement compilations, independent reviews, and all technical accounting engagements ensuring precision and compliance on every mandate.
