Heinrich Van Der Schyff is the founder and owner of Rise and Radiance Entertainment (Pty) Ltd, a 100% Black-owned South African enterprise based in Atlantis, Western Cape. Since establishing the company in 2026, Heinrich has built a multi-disciplinary business spanning construction, retail trade, hospitality, and creative arts and entertainment — the company’s core focus area, representing the largest share of its operations.
Under Heinrich’s leadership, Rise and Radiance Entertainment has pursued opportunities across both the private sector and government supply chains, successfully registering as a compliant supplier on South Africa’s Central Supplier Database (CSD) and actively tendering for municipal contracts, including work with the City of Cape Town. The company holds a Level 1 B-BBEE contributor status and maintains full tax compliance with SARS.
Heinrich’s approach combines hands-on operational involvement with a drive to diversify the business across sectors — building a resilient, adaptable enterprise capable of serving clients ranging from local government to the entertainment industry. He is now seeking strategic partnerships and sponsorship support to scale the business further, strengthen its supply chain capacity, and expand its footprint across the industries it serves.
