Zacharia Ralekhudu Innocent Mashishi is a social entrepreneur, disability advocate, author, and Founder & Director of Chief Ralekhudu Enterprise (CRE), with more than 30 years of experience in assistive devices, wheelchair technology and rehabilitation.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and is an accredited Assessor, Facilitator and Moderator, with international wheelchair technology training in Germany.
Through CRE, Zacharia developed a practical wheelchair repair and maintenance training programme that equips persons with disabilities, women and youth with technical skills while creating pathways to employment, entrepreneurship and sustainable community-based wheelchair services. His work combines decades of technical expertise with a strong commitment to disability inclusion, dignity and economic empowerment.
