Sephaku Holdings Says Allan Gray Clients Acquire Interest In Its SharesBuilding and construction materials company Sephaku Holdings said on Thursday clients of investment company Allan Gray had acquired an interest in its ordinary shares.

“The total interest in the ordinary shares of the Company held by Allan Gray’s clients now amounts to 10.0119 percent of the total issued ordinary shares of the Company,” it said in a statement. (Via African News Agency)
