Based in Kempton Park, we are a team bridging the gap between wellness coaching and practical, affordable nutrition. Our Nutrition Health Coach leads our personalized nutrition programs helping clients build consistency and strength to reach their turning point in their health journey. I lead the operations and product development in the nutrition garden and kitchen, creating wholesome, homemade foods from our organic garden produce. We believe health doesn’t have to be compromised by price , we use what you have to make healthy meals . We are an authorized distributor of Feel Good Products which we recommend for supplementation where required. Our Mission is to make every meal add to healthy living ,affordable, local and sustainable for every household in our community and beyond. |
