I am an accomplished business and technology leader with more than 20 years’ experience delivering strategic programmes across the healthcare, financial services, and information technology sectors. As CEO and Director of Converge Distribution and Programme & Project Manager at Converge Solutions, I lead initiatives that drive digital transformation through innovative HealthTech and FinTech solutions.

My expertise spans programme management, business transformation, healthcare technology implementation, strategic partnerships, and enterprise development. I am passionate about building sustainable businesses and creating opportunities for emerging talent through Enterprise and Supplier Development (ESD), with a particular focus on developing skills pipelines that accelerate innovation and economic growth.

I am currently leading the growth of Converge Distribution as a commercial and distribution arm of the Converge ecosystem, expanding market access for advanced Hospital Information Systems, Health Information Exchange platforms, and AI-driven financial crime prevention technologies. My vision is to establish Converge Distribution as a catalyst for scalable growth, partner enablement, and skills development across South Africa and beyond.
