Onkabetse Mpama

I am an aspiring entrepreneur and the founder of Temopele Solar Care, a service division of Temopele Projects (Pty) Ltd. With over five years of experience in the mining industry, I have developed a strong commitment to safety, discipline, teamwork and continuous learning.
My interest in renewable energy has inspired me to build a business that provides professional solar panel cleaning and basic visual inspection services to residential and commercial customers. I am committed to developing my technical skills through practical training, delivering quality services and building a sustainable business.
My long-term vision is to grow Temopele Solar Care into a trusted service provider that creates employment opportunities, develops practical skills and contributes to the adoption and maintenance of renewable energy solutions in my community.
