Mzwakhe Xulu is the Founder and Senior Business Advisor of LaTonisi Business Consultants, an award-winning business advisory firm based in Durban, South Africa. Under his visionary leadership, the firm is committed to empowering South African SMEs through strategic business support, compliance solutions, and funding readiness services. LaTonisi Business Consultants offers a wide range of services, including business plan development, funding application preparation, and compliance registration services such as Compensation Fund, UIF, and other statutory registrations. With several years of experience in the business consulting sector, Mzwakhe has built a strong reputation for supporting entrepreneurs and developing innovative solutions to water and energy-related challenges, earning recognition such as the University of South Africa Innovation Award. He has also completed various courses and entrepreneurship development programmes in areas including entrepreneurship and business development, accounting, marketing, leadership, and innovation. He also studied towards a BSc in Life and Earth Sciences, where he completed coursework in various scientific disciplines. Mzwakhe is currently completing his studies in Chemical Engineering at the University of South Africa.
