Is SME HUB free to join?

Yes. Every member starts on a free membership that gives you the community, your profile, and the funding portal.

How do I apply for funding?

Open the funding portal and complete the application. See the guide on completing your funding application for a step by step walkthrough.

Why was my profile photo removed?

We ask members to use a real photo of their face rather than a company logo. If yours was a logo, our team may clear it and ask you to add a personal photo so the community stays personal and trusted.

How do I connect with other members?

Open the members area, find someone you would like to network with, and tap Connect.
