What happens after you apply for funding

Once you submit a funding application, it moves through a clear process. Here is what to expect.

Your application is reviewed

We score and check your application, then route it to a funding partner who suits your need and stage. Clear, complete applications move faster.

A partner takes a look

The partner reviews your details. If they need more information, they reach out by email, so keep an eye on your inbox.

You hear back

You will be told the outcome by email. Approval times vary by partner and funding type, from a few days to a couple of weeks.

If you are not approved

A decline from one partner is not the end. Different funders look for different things, and we may suggest another route. You can also apply again once your numbers are stronger.
